Perth Commercial Operable Walls Project

MKDC designed these practical multi-purpose spaces using GLYDE Optica acoustic operable walls. The spaces can serve as a flexible work and collaboration spots in the morning, a boardroom at midday, and a community hub in the evening.

Level 11:

• 2 x Glazed Optica walls
• 1 x Solid Optica wall with Autex Cube savoye, whiteboards, and Autex Mirage Offset pinnacle

A three-way junction between the two glazed walls and a solid wall allows people to create one large, open space, or (1) meeting room and (1) medium sized open space, or (2) meeting rooms and (1) open space . The glazed panels can be put away to open the whole space up.

Level 9:

• 3 x Glazed Optica walls

The three integrated Glazed Optica systems allow for the creation of a separate room.
